Open the application portal

Start at the International Student Application Portal landing screen. This is the official system where international applications are created and tracked.

Use the official IKU international student portal for the full application.

Step 2 of 3

Fill in the application form

Choose your degree level and program, enter personal details, upload required documents, then save. The portal supports English and Turkish.

Select Associate, Bachelor, Master or PhD, then choose your program.
If you applied before, you may only need your passport / ID number.
Skip agency fields for individual applications.
Upload diploma and passport carefully — documents cannot be changed after upload.

Step 3 of 3

Get your PIN and track status

After submission you receive a Student Number and PIN code by email. Use My Applications with your passport/ID and PIN to follow status, review details and documents.

Keep your Student Number and PIN — they are required for tracking and later registration.
Open My Applications and enter passport/ID + PIN.
Click an application row to view details, check documents, or add another program.
